Om Prakash, is the highest rated player, past champion and also the likely winner of 1518. So he is definitely the favourite, once agan to win the Championship. Despite the lack of attendance of stalwarts like Gautam De, Aniruddha Dutta Gupta, Tanmay Srinath, Lalit Kapoor etc., we expect strong competition from veteran players like R.K.Chauhan and Alok Saxena.
Many of our top rated players are busy with many ICCF games and striving for ICCF titles, so the entries came in slowly. We expect to start the championship by about the end of September.
