AIWCF BECOMING MORE INTERNATIONAL

With the addition of 36 new overseas members from all over the world in the past 6 months, AIWCF is fast growing into an international community. Membership is free to players from India for 1 year and subsequently renewable for Rs. 615/- (2 years) or Rs. 1540/- (Lifetime). For overseas players membership for a lifetime is free.

Members can play an unlimited number of tournaments without any fees (except for the AIWCF Championships where there is a fee only for players from India). In ICCF, membership is free, but there are fees for joining events.

Another WhatsApp Group

To keep the main AIWCF WhatsApp Group free from long conversations, a new WhatsAppGroup called 360@AIWCF was started. In the new group, members can post more freely without restrictions, while the main AIWCF group will be for announcements, members queries etc. To join any of the AIWCF WhatsApp groups please send a message to Ambar Chatterjee on +91-8141594459.

AIWCF CHAMPIONSHIP 1521 CONCLUDED

1st Prize Rs. 5,000/- went to Tanmay Srinath with 9 points from 14 games
The 2nd and 3rd prizes (Rs 2,500/- each) were shared by Alok Saxena and Aniruddha Dutta Gupta who scored 8 points from 14 games. Games were ICCF rated. For details take a look here.

AIWCF CHAMPIONSHIP 1522

The 22nd AIWCF Championship, 1522 got started in October 2025 with the participation of 7 overseas players and 8 players from India. There was no entry fee for overseas members while the entry fee for players from India was Rs. 1000/-. In order to meet ICCF compliance issues, AIWCF Championships are not ICCF rated.
