AICCF CHAMPIONSHIP

With only 1 game left in the 1517 AICCF Championship, we will be starting the next championship quite soon. This will be announced on AICCF web page and emails will be sent to all members.

ENGINE FORBIDDEN AICCF CHAMPIONSHIP

The first Engine Forbidden Championship, C001 has only 5 games remaining. Accordingly, the next No-Engine Championship will be announced soon.

NEW PAYMENT GATEWAY

A new secure payment gateway (Razorpay) has been setup on AICCF webserver. The gateway is located at:

From now on, all payments to AICCF must be made on this gateway and not by NEFT. These include: Membership Renewal, Upgrade to Life Membership, AICCF Championship Fees, AICCF Championship Donor Fees and ICCF Tournament Fees. In case of ICCF Tournament Fees, please indicate the ICCF Tournament name in the Comment field.

Benefits of the payment gateway:

• All methods of payment such as Net Banking, UPI/QR, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallet are possible
• Totally secure method of payment
• All accounting for AICCF done automatically
• No need for you to send email messages to Dr Saxena, he will receive automatic notification of your payment
• Payment will have instant effect. No need for AICCF to check if your payment reached us
• Easy way for you to enter ICCF tournaments without correspondence with us (see below)

EASY WAY TO JOIN ICCF TOURNAMENTS

Following enhancements in ICCF webserver and with our new AICCF payment gateway, it is now very easy for you to join ICCF tournaments of your choice. Follow these steps:

• Log in to ICCF Server: https://www.iccf.com
• From the menu under Tournaments & Games select New Events
  You will typically see headings like Jubilee Tournaments, Norm Tournaments, Promotion Tournaments, Aspirer Tournaments (There are also Free 2-game Matches and Thematic Tournaments, but these are unrated). World Zone and EU are not applicable for us.
• Click on any of these and first check MORE INFORMATION. From here you will be able to see if you are eligible to play based on your ICCF Rating.
• Once you have decided that this tournament is appropriate for you, click ENTER. For the fees, select, Payment through National Federation. At this point you will not know the amount to be paid.
• Dr Saxena will automatically receive an email from ICCF, so you do not have to send an email to him.
• Dr Saxena will contact you mentioning the required fees in rupee payment.
• If you feel that this amount is more than you would like to pay, do not proceed further. Your entry will be cancelled automatically.
• If you are ok with the fees, go to http://www.aiccf-chess.com/other_payments.php
and make the payment through the AICCF Razorpay Gateway
• Dr Saxena will automatically receive notification that you have completed the payment and will confirm your entry with ICCF. There is no need for you to contact him.
• When the tournament starts you will receive an email notification from ICCF.

As you can see, you now do not have to go through a lengthy correspondence with AICCF management to decide which ICCF tournament you would like to play in and the fees for it. If you decide that the fee for a tournament is more than you would like to consider, simply take no further action in the matter and try some other event.
